Boulevard Heights is a new business centre along the Sin El Fil highway in Beirut. This architectural gem is a shining example of modern Lebanon and offers space for 115 offices and shops. It will house both startups and international companies. 

To efficiently seal the construction joints of this enormous building, our hydrophilic swellable strip, Bentobar+, was used. The project managers opted for Bentobar+ because this swellable strip continues to seal perfectly even after repeated wet-dry cycles. Moreover, Bentobar+ is less susceptible to washing out than classic bentonite seals. This way they can be sure that the building is protected against water infiltration.
