Vertical integration

We use an A-to-Z approach, in other words, from concept to completion. Thanks to this vertical integration, Bekina BeSealed can quickly respond to the specific needs and requirements of your company or sector, without having to rely on external partners. The result? Our three-step process takes you from concept to a finished end product.

STEP 1

COMPOUNDING

We develop a customized compound with adapted expansion capacity and suitable sealing properties. Our R&D department develops the perfect rubber compound for each specific application, tailored to the needs and requirements of the industry.

STEP 2

SHAPING

We design a suitable sealing solution with customized shape and colour. Based on a 3D drawing, a test mould is made for the first custom prototypes.

STEP 3

FINAL PRODUCT

After customer validation, a production mould is designed and built based on the test mould. This is then used with an extrusion or injection machine, and the end product rolls off the conveyor belt.
